Note: This review is NOT after being asked to write a review, nor is it following initial implementation. It comes following 6 months (November 2023) since the initial install and several add-ons to our Control4 system since then, including full audio/visual with 9 different zones, Samsung Frame TVs, whole-home lighting controls, voice recognition integration with Alexa, and sunshades. Typically, people only spend the time to write a review when they’re angry or when there’s something in it for them. I have found myself very rarely writing Google reviews about businesses, but I feel obligated to write this one because of how well this business has treated my home and family! So here it goes… I can't say enough positive things about Crescendo AAV. From the initial installation to every 24/7 service call, they have consistently exceeded expectations! Their team of onsite and remote technicians are not only professional but also incredibly helpful, ensuring that every minor issue is resolved promptly and efficiently. What sets Crescendo apart is their personalized approach. Jeremy, the owner, goes above and beyond to not only understand your needs but also to build a relationship. He's taken the time to get to know my family (my 3-year-old gave him a hell-of-a memory the day after Christmas, ask him about it if you meet him in person after reading this review 🙈), which speaks volumes about the level of care they provide. Heck, he even dropped me off at my vehicle that was ready for pick-up at the service shop after one of our appointments! Control4 is an incredible automation system, but like any other home automation system on the market, it requires upkeep / maintenance. That said, the system is only as good as the provider. We had Control4 at our previous home and didn’t think twice to implement it at the one we recently purchased. Crescendo and his team recently installed WiFi setup 4 TVs, and door locking system for our small business. Jermey was very responsive and was able to meet our tight deadline. His team was very professional and thorough durning the installation process. Overall, it was a great experience working with them and I highly recommend his team.

We purchased a TV that Crescendo donated to Bella Bowman Foundation. From the first conversation with Jeremy to the install was nothing less than Great! Jeremy is running a class act business that treated us with friendly prompt service. His technicians were knowledgeable and friendly. Most of all they were patient with all of our “Senior lack of tech” questions! Customer service at its best! Highly recommend!!!

I bought a Samsung Fame TV through Crescendo and they installed it above my fireplace flawlessly. Also connected everything to existing audio components. Looks exactly like a picture frame with art when we are not watching TV. Beautifully done. They were extremely professional, prompt and courteous. What more can you ask for?

Jeremy and his staff do fantastic work! Very down to earth people yet professional and friendly. Honestly, I'm VERY PICKY about who I get to do work in my home, and these guys are top-notch!! They cleaned up after themselves and made sure everything was done perfectly the first time. I was very impressed! I bought a 75" Samsung Frame TV, and they made sure that it was perfectly centered and lined up exactly on the wall as it should be. I'd highly recommend Crescendo to anyone!

5 star company for a reason. Jeremy was as awesome as can be. Zach and Jacob were just as awesome installing my projector. Great company. They take pride In their work and will make sure it is right 1000%.

Jeremy came to my house on his off day to survey the situation. I had been fighting Internet connectivity issues and dead spots for 5+ years, trying 3 different companies with 3 different routers. He got me through the weekend with a quick fix, then sent his team on Monday. Zero issues since. They provided 3 different pricing options, explaining the pros and cons, each in laymen’s terms. Their price was MUCH more affordable than past providers. I can promise you, I’m never calling anyone else.

A first class operation! From first meeting Jeremy to Zak the installer everyone was a class act! Zak listened to our questions and answered all of them. We had a problem (our fault) the next day that we called about and Zak was at the house in 15 minutes to fix it. My wife and I highly recommend them for audio/video work!!! Wish I could give them 6 stars!

I had some ideas for new music and TVs for a new home. The Crescendo team did a wonderful job of working some issues with legacy equipment and difficult locations to sucessfully provide exactly the outcome that I initially had in mind. The team was more than just adept AAV installers, but also adept problem solvers with solutions that even the Sonos techs didn't know was possible. My project was well done and I highly recommend Crescendo!
